Couple Therapy is a process in which a trained therapist conducts either one-on-one session with one partner or couple sessions with both partners in a safe and confidential environment. Therapy helps strengthen, rebuild or improve your relationship with your partner. AS provides a safe space to discuss and share your feelings, thoughts and beliefs with your partner. It is not necessary for both partners to come for therapy in order to resolve things, however it is preferred. Oftentimes couples come into therapy during a crisis to get help. However, it is always recommended for new couples to seek therapy and build the tools for a strong, healthy and happy relationship.
